When will I get my order?

For UK orders the shipping window is 3-5 days from the purchase date. There may be busier periods where orders may take a little bit longer to get to you, but I will always let you know!

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately I do not offer refunds at this time whilst Im building the brand to ensure Im giving the best quality. Please make sure you are selecting the correct size or if you are unsure I would be happy to help you if you email me info@rebeccalaylaclothing.com (Exchanges accepted).

Faulty Items--

Each piece is produced to a high quality standard, Id like to think this wouldn't happen however, the odd thread may come loose/snap. If your item arrives faulty in anyway I do offer a one free repair service in this case, buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

How do I know what size to order?

I measure and cut all my pieces to the standard UK size chart so when ordering, I would advise getting your normal go to fit depending on your preference. All of my pieces are true to size. So no need to stress girl!

What sizes do you range up to?

My sizes range from UK 6-16, If your size doesn't show up when your trying to purchase it may be that I haven't got any ready to ship so please drop me an email to enquire.
